Welcome to Classroom Reset: The Digital School Immersion Version!

INFORMATION ON NEXT YEAR'S CLASSROOM RESET IS COMING SOON: CHECK BACK!

Classroom Reset is a high energy annual immersive professional development experience sponsored by The Montclair State University Network for Educational Renewal, The Center of Pedagogy and The ADP Center for Teacher Preparation. It's goal is to showcase emerging and innovative pedagogy for teaching and learning in 21st Century democratic and digital learning environments

This year the conference was held in Pascack Hills High School, a progressive public district located in Northern New Jersey where students and teachers have been engaged in a 1 to 1 laptop program for nearly a decade and where Classroom Reset participants will be immersed in their digital resource rich, project-based learning environments where teachers and students are communicating and collaborating with each other around content and skill building activities 24/7.

This unique site-based immersive professional experience provides opportunities for our participants to speak directly with students, teachers and school leaders who will share their experience using digital media as a tool for learning both in and out of the classroom while interacting with a diverse panel of school stakeholders sharing the benefits and challenges of working in a digital school. Participants will also have the opportunity to spend time in actual classrooms observing students and teachers using digital media in ways that promote deep learning of skills and content while also touring  Pascack Hills High School through the lens of the students and teachers who work there.
Participants will be provided with breakfast, lunch and five professional development credit hours for their attendance at this event.
